Vicki’s Flash Pops can help with PMS? Yes,Yes, Yes

Hi everyone,

I want to share a few more words on how Vicki’s Flash Pops can help with those troubled days of PMS.  Why, because the menopause formula in this delicious beverage has Vitex, or chasteberry, that helps to stabilize hormones. This herb has been used in Europe for over 2500 years, and it is the most popular herb to help with PMS.

What foods will help during PMS?

·        Eat small amounts of dark chocolate rather than candy bars or milk chocolate which are fattening

·        Reduce the number of candy bars during PMS (gradually)

·        Substitute a healthier sweet, such as fruit, frozen yogurt, - eliminate chocolate

·        When craving sweets- wait 15-20 minutes to see if it passes. If it doesn’t pass see how long you can wait it out.  If you really can’t wait have a small piece of dark chocolate

Remember that diet and exercise are important components in controlling the severity of PMS symptoms.  It is best to eat a diet rich in complex carbohydrates (whole grains, vegetables, fruit) and to avoid sugar, salt, alcohol and caffeine before and during your period.

A regular exercise routine may help ease symptoms too

Keep in mind what Deborah Smith said after only 2 weeks of Vicki’s Flash pops:

“ My period snuck up on me” She was expecting for her symptoms to continue for at least 2 months.

She coulds always tell it was approaching because of cramping, headaches, etc.

Consistency says Carola…………

Carola has been client for over 2 years. I asked her the other day what was the most important reason that she continues to purchase Vicki’s Flash Pops.

Without hesitating Carola said that she can tell a “big” difference from when she was not was taking Vicki’s Flash Pops consistently and when she wasn’t. When she traveled she did not take them with her and her Hot Flashes were more severe. When she took them daily there was a remarkable difference in her Hot Flashes.

Ladies, I can’t stress that taking them consistently will be the key to ending your battle with menopause symptoms. Remember you only need 2 ounces each day, take them whether you have a hot flash or not. They don’t taste like medicine, but they are effective as medicine! Yes, there is a menopause formula, but they are sweetened with  Stevia!

Have a great day,

Vicki

Hi Ladies,
I just want to say a few words on the symptoms of peri/menopause. I have said many times that every women’s experience is and will be different. However, there are some symptoms common to everyone, it is our lifestyles that determine to what degree.if you are experiencing any of these on a regular basis, start now to avoid the menopausal ups and downs. Don’t let the menopausal dwarfs invade your life! If they have already creped in, check my article on avoiding hot flashes and start today!  What do all these symptoms have in common?  Simply a hormonal imbalance.

  • Feeling of depression or overwhelmed

Is it ever going to end?

Yes,there is an end to menopause, but it can last 3-4 years or longer than 10 years.  It depends on many factors, some you have no control over.  Family history, health situation are examples of what you cannot change, however, so much of the length of menopause is determined by what you choose to do.  You can’t control your heredity,or your family history. Prolonged menopause can be caused by an existing health problem too.

One of the most important factors in determining how long your menopause will last is your lifestyle.  And the good news is you can control that.

It is up to you what you do and do not do. Avoiding Hot Flash triggers such as coffee, necotine and sugar and combinging exercise or activity wil not only make your menopause smoother but also shorten your menopausal years.

So bottom line: start readjusting your habits to a healthy lifestyle NOW and you will menimize your years in menopause.
