Walking, running, weight lifting for 20 minutes 3 times a week is all you need.

If you have bone density issues (ostiopenia or osteoporosis), add weight training to your exercise routine. Weights will also help strengthen. Calcium/magnesium may also help.

Exercise will lower your negative cholesterol and raise good cholesterol.
