I just want to say a few words on the symptoms of peri/menopause. I have said many times that every women’s experience is and will be different. However, there are some symptoms common to everyone, it is our lifestyles that determine to what degree.if you are experiencing any of these on a regular basis, start now to avoid the menopausal ups and downs.
